Often we think that we know how to care for ourselves and our babies, but do we think outside the box? or only listen to what friends, family or doctors have told us. We need to make sure we self-educate ourselves, knowing all our options, so we can make the proper decisions when situations arise. I know it is a cliche, but “Knowledge is Power”. When are equipped with the proper tools as mothers, we can confidently make the best decisions when it comes to our care and our children’s care.
